Registration Deadline is 12 June 2008.
Payment must accompany registration. Invoices are not issued. Purchase orders are not considered payment. Cheques can be processed in GBP or U.S. dollars. Credit cards will be processed in U.S. dollars.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to symposium@istss.org. A $50 USD cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by 1 June 2008. ISTSS will process refunds after the symposium. All refunds are based on USD. Actual GBP amount refunded will fluctuate according to the exchange rate at the time of the refund. Cancellations received after 1 June are not eligible for refund. Substitutions are allowed.
