Participation in the ISTSS 38th Annual Meeting is limited to registered participants. We are planning for an in-person meeting in Atlanta, with no virtual or hybrid options.

Sliding Scale Discounted Registration
ISTSS offers sliding scale registration fees for attendees residing in many countries outside the U.S., Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand. View the sliding scale fee details. ISTSS' online registration form displays sliding scale fees based on the location you provide. If you are not seeing the correct fees for your location, contact ISTSS Headquarters.
Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only. Wire Transfers within North America will incur a $30 USD fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 USD fee. We cannot accept registrations by telephone and will not accept registrations without full payment. If you require a paper registration form to pay via check or you are eligible for a sliding scale discounted rate based on your country of residence, please contact ISTSS Headquarters.
Registration Confirmation
We encourage you to register online. Attendees will receive an email confirmation/receipt within 24 hours of registering online.
Pre-Meeting Institute Registration Policies
To register for the Pre-Meeting Institute (PMI) being held on Wednesday, November 9, indicate which session(s) you wish to attend when you register online. Sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. ISTSS Headquarters will notify you if a session you have chosen has already sold out. PMI session tickets will be distributed at the meeting. Only those holding tickets for the PMI sessions will be admitted. Click here to learn more about the PMI sessions.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before October 25, 2022, will be refunded less a $100 cancellation charge, no refunds will be after October 25, 2022. Substitutions are allowed at any time, but must be submitted in writing and must be of the same membership type.
