Visa Letter of Invitation Request

LETTER OF INVITATION

Annual Meeting attendees traveling from outside of the United States can request that the ISTSS headquarters issue a letter of invitation for VISA applications or other travel regulations if necessary.

You must send your request with your legal name, affiliation, and mailing address to ISTSS Executive Office at [email protected]. This information will be placed into your letter of invitation as a formal request to invite you as an attendee to the Annual Meeting.
