Featured Sessions on War and Disasters
The Israel-Hamas War has exacted an immeasurable toll on the mental health of affected individuals, families, and communities impacted by the events in Israel and Gaza. To aid in addressing the immediate and ongoing impact of traumatic stress among affected people, ISTSS has added new resources to our War and Disaster Resources page—including a new Special Issue of the Journal of Traumatic Stress on War and Terrorism. In addition, we have identified several sessions at the upcoming ISTSS 39th Annual Meeting that may be of particular relevance to traumatic stress professionals assisting those affected.
