The Joint Initiative on Ethnopolitical Warfare of the American and Canadian Psychological Associations offers a one-year graduate-level curriculum for training psychologists and related professionals in knowledge and skills necessary to provide trauma intervention or conflict resolution services in zones of ethnopolitical warfare.
Instructors can access the curriculum online and use it as a blueprint to build courses, adapting the basic outline to the needs of their students. APA divisions 9 and 48 participated in developing the curriculum, as well as Psychologists for Social Responsibility. Visit www.psysr.com for a copy of the curriculum or for more information.
