Since the launch of the Web site in the fall of 1998, it has evolved into a comprehensive resource for protecting children from maltreatment, with more than 1,100 authoritative, research-based files.   2. Children of Incarcerated Parents. ISTSS member, Susan Mirow, PhD, MD, has created a Web site for youths whose parents are incarcerated. Youths can discuss and share their experiences at http://www.yopi.tv.
